Professional Experience and Credentials of TroyGould’s Newest Attorneys

M&A, Capital Markets & Corporate Governance: Ekong I. Udoekwere rejoins TroyGould with more than 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, venture capital financing, and public and private securities offerings. Udoekwere’s corporate and securities law experience includes his prior service at Loeb & Loeb LLP, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and RIE Law Group. Education and Honors: Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte; J. D. from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Harvard International Law Journal.

Technology Transactions, M&A, Capital Markets: Michael B. Huseby joins TroyGould’s Corporate & Securities department to provide counsel on technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and securities matters for companies across a variety of industries. Prior to TroyGould, Huseby was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. Education and Honors: B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa; J.D. from Columbia Law School, named a James Kent Scholar and a recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize for three years of outstanding academic achievement, and the Carroll G. Harper Prize in Intellectual Property.

Litigation: Amy Nashon is a trial lawyer with over a decade of practical legal experience. At TroyGould, she advises clients on a variety of litigation matters in the business, entertainment, commercial real estate, aviation and probate arenas. Before joining TroyGould, she was an attorney for the Boesch Law Group in Santa Monica, having served as a senior litigation paralegal prior to joining the California State Bar. She holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Taxation Specialist: Robert A. Education and Honors: Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan; J.D. from Wayne State University Law School; LL.M. in Tax Law from the New York University School of Law.
