Amir A. Soleimanpour
Amir A. Soleimanpour is an associate in TroyGould’s Litigation Department. His practice currently focuses on business and civil litigation. Prior to joining TroyGould, Mr. Soleimanpour practiced at a boutique litigation firm, where he concentrated on complex federal actions involving shareholders and large, multinational corporations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Mr. Soleimanpour earned his Juris Doctor from the Washington and Lee University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Soleimanpour was awarded the 2024 Frederic L. Kirgis, Jr. International Law Prize for his outstanding record in international and transnational coursework, he served as President of the Lewis F. Powell, Jr. Distinguished Lecture Series, and he finished as a Finalist in the 2022 Robert J. Grey, Jr. Negotiations Competition.
Prior to law school, Mr. Soleimanpour served as an English teacher in the United States Peace Corps in the Republic of Moldova. Mr. Soleimanpour earned his B.A. in International Relations, with a concentration in International Security, from Tufts University.
