Jessica M. Di Palma

Jessica Di Palma practices employment and business litigation in both state and federal court. She has experience representing clients at all stages of the litigation process, from pre-lawsuit resolution to appeals, in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She also frequently provides advice and counsel to business owners regarding the ever-changing landscape of California and federal employment law, including compliance with wage and hour laws, and issues with employee leaves of absence, discipline, terminations, and drug testing.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Di Palma previously worked as a general commercial litigator, representing a wide range of clients such as national banking institutions in class action litigation, media and entertainment clients in commercial suits, and business owners in partnership disputes. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk to Justice Brian M. Hoffstadt of the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, and as an appellate fellow at Horvitz & Levy LLP.
