William P. Hubbard
William Hubbard is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. Mr. Hubbard’s practice primarily includes mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate law. Prior to joining TroyGould, Mr. Hubbard practiced corporate, transactional and employment law as an associate with Merhab Robinson & Clarkson, Law Corporation, in Santa Ana, California.
Mr. Hubbard earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he also earned the school’s Graduate Certificate in Business Law. As an undergraduate Mr. Hubbard studied European History and Global Politics at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. Mr. Hubbard is a native of Washington, DC.
