William P. Hubbard
William Hubbard is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate law. Mr. Hubbard represents clients in a diverse set of industries, including biotechnology, energy, aerospace, healthcare, software and technology. He counsels businesses in various stages, from formation and venture financing to strategic acquisitions and public offerings. Mr. Hubbard also has experience negotiating commercial contracts, particularly with respect to software as a service (“Saas”). Mr. Hubbard is a member of the firm’s Aviation and Aerospace Practice Group.
Prior to joining TroyGould, Mr. Hubbard practiced corporate, transactional and employment law with Merhab Robinson & Clarkson, Law Corporation, in Santa Ana, California. Mr. Hubbard earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he also earned the school’s Graduate Certificate in Business Law.
