Daniel M. Rygorsky
Daniel Rygorsky defends clients in federal and state litigation from the pleadings through trial and appeal. Mr. Rygorsky applies keen insight to achieve his client’s goals and believes there is no problem that cannot be solved or avoided with creative 360° thinking. He believes in the relentless and efficient pursuit of the optimal outcome.
Mr. Rygorsky has represented e-commerce companies, such as priceline.com LLC, Booking.com B.V., and Airbnb, Inc., in litigation throughout the country, including administrative, trial court, and appellate court proceedings. He has also provided e-commerce and technology companies, as well as established brick-and-mortar retailers, practical business advice aimed at successfully navigating statutory and regulatory schemes that often present obstacles to achieving business objectives.
Mr. Rygorsky prides himself on his expertise in analyzing and mastering statutes and regulations. Whether it be the Americans with Disabilities Act, ERISA, the Credit Repair Organizations Act, or federal, state, and local tax statutes, Mr. Rygorsky’s ability to connect the dots others fail to see presents solutions that are otherwise overlooked.
Mr. Rygorsky is a proud resident of Brentwood, a season ticket holder of the Los Angeles Lakers, and a season subscriber to the LA Opera.
Prior to joining TroyGould, Mr. Rygorsky practiced law for over a decade at the Los Angeles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meager & Flom LLP.
Mr. Rygorsky began his career as an associate at the New York office of Dewey Ballantine LLP.
