Eric M. Sefton
Eric Sefton is an associate in TroyGould’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on business and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining TroyGould, Mr. Sefton was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where he worked on various products liability matters. Before entering private practice, Mr. Sefton was a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Beck Briscoe of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. In law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and was an intern with the civil appellate staff at the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC.
